The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring guests experience the signature elegance, charm, and personalized care of the Bvlgari brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.

• Manage phone calls, messages, and guest requests in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Maintain accurate records and follow Marriott International’s administrative procedures.

• Uphold Bvlgari Resort Dubai’s brand standards of luxury and guest service.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience in hospitality or front office roles preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Customer-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment.
