Home Owners Association, a leading real estate development company, is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Ajman. This full-time, on-site role requires a professional, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in Arabic and English. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling client inquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors professionally.

• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.

• Provide accurate information to clients regarding company projects and services.

• Maintain an organized and clean reception area.

• Handle correspondence including emails and couriers.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation.

• Support inter-departmental communication.

• Keep visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (real estate background preferred).
