OnTime HealthCare Services is seeking a professional Receptionist with UAE experience in wellness centers to join their team in Dubai. This role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact, you will support clients while promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.

Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the center’s calendar.

Provide detailed information on available wellness programs, treatments, and services.

Oversee the client check-in process, ensuring proper documentation and record updates.

Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area.

Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verification.

Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure smooth client experiences.

Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve client concerns courteously.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist in a wellness center or similar role within the UAE.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent customer service with a proactive approach.

Experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and office software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
