Majid Al Futtaim, a leading shopping mall, retail, communities, and entertainment developer and operator in the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia, is seeking an Emirati Receptionist to join its UAE Corporate Head Office. The Receptionist will manage the reception desk, welcome and assist guests, handle courier services, manage stationery, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate the telephone system, screen calls, forward them to the Store Manager, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.

Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules.

Welcome visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and guide them to their destination.

Share company-related information, including office locations, employee details, and services offered.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and courier deliveries.

Maintain records such as mail logs, courier logs, and visitor registers.

Assist the Human Capital Department with general administrative tasks.

Prepare Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) as required.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.

0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
