Role Overview:
The Receptionist – Emirati Talent will manage the front desk at the UAE Corporate Head Office, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for guests, employees, and suppliers. The role involves managing calls, meeting room bookings, courier services, and general administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate the telephone system, answer and screen calls, forward calls to relevant personnel, and take messages.

Manage meeting room bookings and schedules.

Greet visitors, identify the purpose of their visit, and guide them to their destinations.

Provide company information, including office locations and employee details.

Handle mail and courier deliveries, including sorting, distribution, and preparation.

Maintain logs and records such as visitor lists, mail registers, and courier records.

Assist the Human Capital Department with administrative tasks.

Prepare and process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (required).

0–2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment with professionalism.
