Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, personalised manner.

• Maintain a high-energy and positive environment at all times.

• Support special promotions, events, and resort activities.

• Work outdoors and stand for extended periods as required.

• Ensure guest needs are met promptly and professionally.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Guest Services is essential.

• Proficiency in Opera and Galaxy systems is required.

• Strong work ethic with a desire for continuous learning and development.

• Additional language skills are an advantage in Dubai’s diverse environment.

• Ability to work flexibly in different conditions.
