Job Overview:
We are seeking a polished and service-driven Receptionist cum Concierge to be the face of our establishment in Dubai Marina. You will play a dual role in offering an exceptional guest welcome while also managing personalized concierge services. This position is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone from the first interaction

  • Oversee smooth check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Provide tailored concierge services including booking transportation, dining, and local attractions

  • Address guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with a proactive, guest-first approach

  • Manage front desk operations including phone handling, emails, correspondence, and guest logs

  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a cohesive experience

  • Stay informed on local hotspots and happenings to make recommendations to guests

  • Handle complaints gracefully, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area

  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and updating guest information


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2–7 years of experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus

  • Proficient in hotel or property management systems and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, with a high attention to detail

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
