Habitare Real Estate Brokerage is seeking an experienced Receptionist Admin Assistant with a strong administrative background in real estate. The role involves handling property listings, RERA forms, Trakeeshi system, basic photo editing, and supporting overall office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage property listings using CRM, Bayut, and Propertyfinder platforms.

Handle Trakeeshi system operations and RERA forms (A, B & F).

Perform basic photo editing using Lightroom or Photoshop.

Provide administrative and reception support in a real estate environment.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

Support professional development and participate in training programs as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a receptionist or admin assistant in real estate in Dubai.

Familiarity with property listing platforms (CRM, Bayut, Propertyfinder).

Knowledge of Trakeeshi system and RERA forms A, B & F.

Basic photo editing skills in Lightroom or Photoshop.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 4,500+ depending on experience, with annual reviews
