As a Receptionist at Premier Inn Abu Dhabi Airport Business Park, you will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers while managing phone calls in line with brand standards.

  • Handle guest queries and provide accurate information on promotions, room pricing, activities, and events.

  • Process reservations, cancellations, and payments in accordance with company procedures.

  • Identify corporate leads and develop long-term business relationships.

  • Encourage and monitor guest feedback, promoting positive online mentions.

  • Perform general administrative duties including emails, correspondence, and filing.

  • Maintain stock of supplies and ensure smooth operation of the reception area.

  • Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and complaints promptly.

  • Uphold safety procedures to ensure guest well-being.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department.

  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS).

  • Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading).

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail with proactive organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexible and adaptable with a guest-oriented approach.
