As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing payments, and providing exceptional customer service in line with Premier Inn’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and suppliers with a warm, professional approach.

• Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently and manage reservations and cancellations accurately.

• Provide guests with information about promotions, room prices, and local activities/events.

• Manage payments in line with cash handling procedures and maintain accurate reports.

• Build strong corporate relationships and encourage online guest feedback.

• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Carry out office duties including emails, correspondence, and filing.

• Maintain stock and supplies for the reception area.

• Ensure guest safety and compliance with hotel procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department.

• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS system.

• Arabic language proficiency (speaking, writing, reading).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and in a team.
