ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is recruiting a Receptionist on behalf of a leading organization in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth front-office operations. The role also includes providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day office management.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the right department or personnel.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

Receive, distribute, and manage daily mail, packages, and deliveries.

Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of office expenses and costs.

Assist in scheduling, booking, and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Professional appearance and attitude.
