ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is recruiting a Receptionist on behalf of a leading organization in Dubai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth front-office operations. The role also includes providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the right department or personnel.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

  • Receive, distribute, and manage daily mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and costs.

  • Assist in scheduling, booking, and coordinating meetings and appointments.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Professional appearance and attitude.
