Job Title: Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome visitors with professional etiquette and guide them as required.

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, or email.

Administrative Support:

  • Offer general administrative support to staff members.

  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Handle incoming calls and direct messages to the respective staff member.

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education:

  • Certification or diploma (preferred).

💼 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong command of basic administrative tasks to improve productivity.

🤝 Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

🌍 Preferred Candidate:

  • Nationality: Philippines

  • Gender: Female
