Role Overview:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in the Dubai office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This full-time, on-site role combines front-desk responsibilities with clerical support and requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Perform clerical duties such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Ensure smooth front-office operations and a positive client experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong phone etiquette and front-desk skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; office administration qualifications preferred.

  • Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic and English.
