The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of the company, managing front desk operations and ensuring an excellent first impression for clients, visitors, and partners. This role requires a customer-focused, highly organized individual with strong clerical and communication skills, preferably with experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls with professionalism.

• Direct inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

• Assist with administrative support tasks as required by management.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

• Uphold the company’s professional image through excellent customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.

• Previous real estate experience preferred.

• Proficiency in receptionist duties and customer service.

• Strong clerical and administrative skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage.

• Previous experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
