Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in the construction and building industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

👋 Front Desk & Visitor Management

• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Keep records of visitors and manage visitor access.

📞 Call & Communication Handling

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication.

📅 Administrative Support

• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support the team in organizing company events and meetings.

Requirements & Skills:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the construction/building industry).
• On Visit Visa and available to join immediately.

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with office management software.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

🌍 Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
