Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to office management.

Key Responsibilities:

👥 Visitor & Client Management

  • Welcome and guide incoming visitors to the appropriate department.
  • Provide clear and concise information about the organization to clients and guests.

📞 Call Handling & Communication

  • Answer and redirect phone calls based on priority and relevance.
  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

🗓️ Administrative Support

  • Assist staff with scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update the company calendar for meetings and important events.
  • Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, and typing.

Requirements & Skills:

📝 Education & Experience:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist in a corporate or professional setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

💻 Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to operate office software efficiently.

📢 Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
