Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and assist with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to office management.
Key Responsibilities:
👥 Visitor & Client Management
- Welcome and guide incoming visitors to the appropriate department.
- Provide clear and concise information about the organization to clients and guests.
📞 Call Handling & Communication
- Answer and redirect phone calls based on priority and relevance.
- Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
🗓️ Administrative Support
- Assist staff with scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update the company calendar for meetings and important events.
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, and typing.
Requirements & Skills:
📝 Education & Experience:
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a corporate or professional setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
💻 Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to operate office software efficiently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
