Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional attitude

• Manage multi-line phone systems: answer calls, route them properly, and take accurate messages

• Schedule appointments and meetings to support smooth daily operations

• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems

• Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and packages

• Support various departments with general administrative duties

• Monitor and replenish office supplies

• Assist in onboarding new employees

• Keep reception area neat and presentable at all times

• Provide information regarding company policies and services

Requirements:

• Indian Female (as per company hiring criteria)

• High school diploma or higher education in office administration

• 1–6 years of front desk/receptionist experience

• Knowledge of MS Office tools and office equipment

• Professional spoken and written communication skills

• Friendly, reliable, and well-presented
