Job Title: Receptionist 

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for both visitors and employees while supporting internal teams with various organizational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Provide assistance with general organizational tasks to support internal team members.

  • Redirect phone calls based on priority and ensure the correct personnel receives the call.

  • Update company calendars and schedule meetings to facilitate efficient operations.

  • Provide accurate information about the company to clients and visitors in a clear and concise manner.

  • Handle administrative duties such as printing, scanning, and collating documents to support daily office activities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and formal etiquette.

  • Proficient in using MS Office tools to complete various tasks.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently to improve work flow.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate or professional setting is preferred.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication abilities.
