Job Title: Receptionist, HR Assistant
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist, HR & Administrative Assistant to manage office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, HR processes, and reception duties, with excellent communication skills and knowledge of UAE employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Reception & Administrative Support
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, records, and general administrative tasks.
🔹 HR Support & Compliance
- Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Employment Laws & Regulations.
- Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, contracts, and reports.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
Requirements:
✔ Experience: 3-5 years in a Receptionist, HR, or Administrative Assistant role.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software.
✔ Communication: Strong oral and written skills in English.
✔ Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
