MONET Real Estate is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to join and guide its high-performing real estate sales team in Dubai. As a leader within one of the city’s most promising off-plan property agencies, you’ll be responsible for building a strong team, closing deals, and driving business growth in Dubai’s fast-paced real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage a top-tier sales team

Monitor KPIs and sales targets to ensure team performance

Oversee and support the complete off-plan sales process

Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients

Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and internal policies

Track team activity through CRM systems and deliver clear reporting
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Sales Manager in the real estate sector

Minimum of 10+ closed off-plan property deals personally completed

Deep knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan real estate market

Strong spoken and written English skills (Russian not required)

Proficiency with CRMs and sales performance tracking
