Overview
Our client, a licensed full-service real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead their high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative sales strategies and excellent client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

• Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, analyze performance, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for growth and new business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Maximum age: 45 years old.

• Proven track record as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate industry.

• Experience managing and motivating a sales team of at least 8 staff.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• UAE driving license required.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 19,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience & qualifications).
