Swiss Properties LLC is a fast-growing and innovative real estate firm based in Ajman, UAE. We offer end-to-end services in property sales, leasing, and investment advisory. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of real estate sales executives.

  • Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company targets.

  • Monitor individual and team performance while ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Source new business opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.

  • Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and finalization of deals.

  • Conduct competitive market analysis to stay updated on trends and pricing.

  • Generate detailed sales performance reports for senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of overall sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in UAE real estate.

  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho is a plus.

  • UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
