As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the ever-evolving UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Stay updated on market trends, upcoming developments, and new property launches.

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and property owners.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.

  • Follow up consistently with leads and clients to drive conversions.

  • Accurately update and manage data in the CRM system.

  • Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and legal guidelines.

  • Identify and pursue new business and sales opportunities.

  • Deliver exceptional client service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (preferred).

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.

  • Able to work independently with a high level of dedication and integrity.

  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and online property portals.

  • UAE driving license is preferred.
