As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent both residential and commercial properties. Your success will be fueled by your drive, industry knowledge, and ability to close deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate, manage, and convert leads for property sales, purchases, and rentals.

• Conduct property viewings and professionally present listings to potential clients.

• Negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements between buyers and sellers.

• Manage the entire transaction process—from initial inquiry to closing—with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.

• Keep current with Dubai’s property market trends, legal regulations, and new listings.

• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and client communications effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar high-performance sales role, preferably in the UAE market.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.

• Comfortable working in a commission-based structure.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital real estate tools is an advantage.

• RERA certification is preferred but not required.

• Multilingual candidates are a plus.
