Mierage MENA Real Estate LLC is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle property listings, inquiries, and client viewings.

  • Build and maintain a strong database of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

  • Negotiate property deals and finalize agreements in alignment with company policies.

  • Stay updated on current market trends, new projects, and competitor activities.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to build lasting relationships and generate referrals.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems accurately.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape and laws.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Presentable, professional, and customer-service focused.
