Job Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Job Description:

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based Only

  • On-Target Earnings: AED 200,000 – AED 500,000 annually

  • No fixed salary – your earnings reflect your dedication and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and promote off-plan and ready properties in the Dubai market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.

  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the entire transaction process.

  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records.

  • Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.

  • Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Knowledge of an additional language such as Russian, Farsi, or Chinese is a plus.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • A valid UAE driving license is a plus.

  • Female candidates preferred due to specific team requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in customer relationship management.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate platforms.

  • Effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to build a client network and close high-value deals.
