Key Responsibilities:

🏡 Sales & Leasing:

  • Assist clients in purchasing secondary properties (ready-to-move-in) and off-plan properties (under construction).
  • Facilitate long-term and short-term rental agreements based on client needs.

🤝 Client Relations & Service:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

📊 Market Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and regulations in Dubai.
  • Provide expert investment advice to clients.

💼 Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and leases.
  • Close deals efficiently and professionally, meeting client expectations.

Skills & Requirements:

Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of secondary, off-plan, long-term, and short-term leases.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals, negotiate terms, and exceed targets.
Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve high commissions and sales goals.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut) and office software.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
Multilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, or Hindi is a plus.
