Key Responsibilities:
🏡 Sales & Leasing:
- Assist clients in purchasing secondary properties (ready-to-move-in) and off-plan properties (under construction).
- Facilitate long-term and short-term rental agreements based on client needs.
🤝 Client Relations & Service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
📊 Market Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and regulations in Dubai.
- Provide expert investment advice to clients.
💼 Negotiation & Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of property sales and leases.
- Close deals efficiently and professionally, meeting client expectations.
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of secondary, off-plan, long-term, and short-term leases.
✔ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals, negotiate terms, and exceed targets.
✔ Strong Communication: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
✔ Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve high commissions and sales goals.
✔ Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with real estate platforms (Property Finder, Bayut) and office software.
✔ Client-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
✔ Multilingual (Preferred): Fluency in English, Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, or Hindi is a plus.
