Job Title: Real Estate Sales Agent

Job Description:

We are hiring an ambitious and client-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to be part of our high-performing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for property, strong negotiation skills, and a drive to succeed, this is your chance to excel in the fast-paced real estate market.

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, building strong client relationships, and closing deals efficiently while exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties

• Conduct property viewings and provide in-depth information and guidance

• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, or tenants with professionalism and accuracy

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow up consistently

• Establish a strong network of property listings through developers, landlords, and other agents

• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal property procedures

• Advertise listings on digital platforms, listing services, and social media to attract prospects

• Maintain accurate documentation of all real estate transactions

• Support clients throughout the entire property transaction process

• Foster long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role

• Deep understanding of Dubai’s property market trends and dynamics

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
