✅ Full-time Agents – Actively selling and closing deals in Dubai’s luxury property market.
✅ Mission-Based Agents – Representing our company at high-profile real estate roadshows and exclusive events worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 For Full-time Agents:
✔ Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors.
✔ Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
✔ Negotiate and close high-value property transactions.
✔ Stay updated on market trends and competitive listings.
✔ Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.

🔹 For Mission-Based Agents (Event Representation):
✔ Attend international and local real estate roadshows.
✔ Represent Scealty’s exclusive property portfolio.
✔ Engage with potential clients, investors, and partners.
✔ Provide market insights and investment opportunities to attendees.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Commission-Based Structures:

• Up to 60% commission – High earning potential for top performers.

• Basic salary + commission (AED 3,000 – 4,000) based on experience and interview performance.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in real estate, preferably in luxury properties.
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
✔ Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, Swedish, or Chinese are a plus).
✔ Professional appearance & confident public speaking skills.
✔ Willingness to travel internationally for roadshows (for mission-based agents).
