Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source candidates using online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating company culture and opportunities to attract top talent.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive relationship management.

• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.

• Stay current with market trends and best practices in hiring, especially within the real estate industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate sector.

• In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment trends, and hiring strategies.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Russian is an added advantage.

• Prior experience in real estate recruitment is highly preferred.
