Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various real estate roles including property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff.

• Source top talent via strategic outreach, networking, and digital recruitment platforms.

• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments ensuring cultural fit and professional standards.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and refine job descriptions.

• Maintain and grow a qualified talent pipeline within the real estate sector.

• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on real estate recruitment.

• Fluency in English and at least one European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian.

• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• UAE residency or willingness to relocate is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Existing network of real estate professionals in UAE or Europe.

• Experience recruiting for luxury or high-end property portfolios.
