In this full-time role, you’ll guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties, while building trusted relationships and delivering personalized, top-quality service. With your market insight, negotiation skills, and sales acumen, you’ll help clients make informed property decisions — all while contributing to the success of a growing real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on property buying, selling, and leasing processes in Dubai.

• Assess client needs and provide customized real estate solutions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s property market trends, pricing, and investment hotspots.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and professional service delivery.

• Maintain an updated knowledge of property listings, laws, and market dynamics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, sales, and client advisory skills.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales or leasing (preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to close deals and deliver excellent service.

• Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and its trends.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.

• Property management experience is an advantage.

• Own visa and valid UAE driving license (preferred).
