Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote premium off-plan property projects to potential investors and buyers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach.

• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits.

• Stay updated on current market trends and new project launches.

• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales processes efficiently.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Dubai real estate market with a focus on off-plan sales.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Arabic, Farsi, Russian, or Chinese) are an advantage.

• Valid UAE driver’s license (preferred).

• RERA Certification (preferred).

• Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for property and sales.
