This role will focus on identifying new sites for restaurant development, negotiating leases, managing financial operations, and minimizing property cost inflation. The Real Estate Manager will collaborate with internal teams to drive the company’s growth objectives while ensuring cost-effective real estate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Real Estate Strategy – Develop and implement real estate strategies in alignment with the company’s business goals and expansion plans.
📌 Site Acquisition & Development – Oversee the identification and securing of new locations for restaurant openings.
📌 Lease Negotiations – Manage lease agreements and rental reduction negotiations.
📌 Financial Management – Oversee financial aspects of the property portfolio, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial viability.
📌 Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with franchisors, market planning teams, and acquisition teams to streamline the expansion process.

📌 Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the acquisitions team to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills & Experience Required:
📌 Experience – 8-10 years in retail or F&B industries, with a proven track record in real estate management and team leadership.
📌 Education – BSc/BA in Business Management or related field.
📌 Expertise – Strong understanding of property law, lease negotiations, financial statements, and asset management.
📌 Leadership & Communication – Strong leadership, mentoring, and negotiation skills.
