Job Title: Real Estate Listing Agent 

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Listing Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new property listings, maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the entire listing lifecycle for both sales and rentals.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with property owners, sellers, and buyers, receiving qualified leads and the potential to close deals on both ends — with attractive commissions in addition to your base salary. Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively connect with property owners to secure listings for sale or rent

• Build and maintain relationships with both sellers and buyers to maximize deal opportunities

• Conduct property evaluations and provide accurate pricing strategies

• Deliver detailed market analyses and investment insights to clients

• Apply strong tele-sales skills to generate new listing opportunities

• Guide clients through every step of the sales and leasing process

• Track listing performance and provide regular client updates

• Ensure all documentation meets Abu Dhabi real estate regulations

• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams on negotiations and transactions

• Draft property agreements (MOUs) and manage closing communications with developers, buyers, and sellers

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Listing Agent in Abu Dhabi’s real estate market

• Strong knowledge of local property trends, pricing, and communities

• Proven tele-sales or telemarketing skills — confident with client calls

• Experience handling both sales and leasing transactions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Mid-career professional with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
