Key Responsibilities:

• Advise both local and international clients on high-potential real estate projects in Abu Dhabi.

• Guide investors through financial planning, developer due diligence, and risk evaluation.

• Monitor real estate market trends to help clients build sustainable portfolios.

• Manage sales workflows to convert inbound leads into committed investors.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate investment sales or finance.

• Strong client advisory and consultative selling approach.

• Results-oriented with excellent follow-up and closing skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
