Job Title: Real Estate Operations & CRM Assistant 

Job Description:
Join PEOPLE, a premier international agency specializing in elite residential real estate across Moscow, UAE, and Turkey. We operate within the Premium and Deluxe segments, dealing with properties starting at 5 million AED. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & CRM Assistant to support our Dubai office operations.

No prior experience required — if you’re organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about real estate, we want to hear from you!

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update property listings in the internal CRM system (amoCRM)

  • Monitor and manage lead data, overdue tasks, and team assignments

  • Provide administrative support to brokers and new joiners

  • Keep training materials up to date in Notion

  • Manage listings on Propertyfinder and Bayut, including direct coordination with portal managers

  • Assist with real estate forms and contracts: A&A, Form F, A Contracts, and ad permits

  • Publish relevant articles in specialized platforms like Zen

  • Oversee utility payment tracking and reporting

  • Participate in internal content creation using tools like GPT

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (amoCRM preferred), Notion, MS Office, Google Docs

  • Basic knowledge of PDF editing and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Interest or experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
