Job Description:

Etagi Dubai, a leading real estate company with over 25 years of experience and a global presence across 14 countries and 250 cities, is looking for a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our team. As part of a top-tier organization specializing in residential and commercial properties, you will provide expert guidance to clients, helping them navigate the real estate market with confidence and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on property investments, financing options, and current market conditions.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, or Chinese.
