Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with premium clientele seeking high-end business and residential properties in Dubai

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored real estate solutions

  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and renting process with expert market insights

  • Conduct in-depth project screenings to present the most suitable property options

  • Utilize AmoCRM to manage tasks, leads, and client interactions efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai market

  • Fluent Hebrew speaker (mandatory)

  • Proven expertise in selling luxury and premium-class properties

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and offer exceptional customer service

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach

  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and investment trends

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 50,000 – 120,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

  • Commission: Highest in the market with access to exclusive property listings
