Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate real estate transactions for buying, selling, and renting properties

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with personalized service

• Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and open houses

• Analyze market data and trends to advise clients on pricing and investments

• Handle negotiations and contracts, securing optimal outcomes for clients

• Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate laws, procedures, and market movements

• Collaborate with professionals like appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers

• Expand business reach through networking, referrals, and property events

Skills & Qualifications:
🔹 3–10 years of proven real estate experience in a competitive market
🔹 Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-first mindset
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills
🔹 Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate software
🔹 Deep understanding of property valuation and Dubai market regulations
🔹 Self-driven and results-oriented with strong organizational skills
🔹 Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
🔹 Able to manage multiple deals with effective time management
