Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Dubai.

• Conduct market research and advise clients on investment opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.

• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process.

• Negotiate and close property deals efficiently and ethically.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred (new agents welcome with training provided).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• A driven, self-motivated mindset with a passion for real estate.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.) are a plus.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, real estate platforms, and digital marketing tools.

• UAE residency required.
