Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Consultant to become part of our growing and dynamic team. In this role, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing outstanding customer service and consistently meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in the fast-paced UAE real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives

• List and market properties to attract potential buyers and tenants

• Conduct property viewings and share valuable insights on market trends

• Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

• Stay updated on market conditions, property values, and industry regulations

• Draft, prepare, and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation

• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in sales (UAE real estate experience preferred)

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)

• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Hindi is a plus
