Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budgets

• Provide expert guidance on buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai

• Research and analyze comparable properties to develop effective pricing strategies

• Monitor property listings, price trends, and sales activities in target areas

• Market properties using online platforms, social media, and local listing services (MLS)

• Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and property inspectors to ensure smooth transactions

• Manage timelines, documentation, and deadlines for each deal

• Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service

• Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for clients

• Utilize digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing strategies to drive sales success

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate marketing and sales

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and trends

• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and CRM software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
