Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Proven real estate experience in a competitive market, preferably in Dubai
🔹 Excellent sales and negotiation abilities with a client-first mindset
🔹 Strong communication and presentation skills
🔹 Comfortable using CRM platforms and real estate tools
🔹 Up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and trends
🔹 Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
🔹 Multilingual candidates preferred (Fluency in English is a must; Arabic or other languages a bonus)
🔹 Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deals
