They are seeking experienced and driven Real Estate Consultants with a strong background in Dubai’s property market or luxury/high-ticket sales. This is a commission-based, full-time, on-site role designed for professionals ready to grow their careers in Dubai’s dynamic real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively manage clients and property listings in the Dubai secondary market and off-plan projects.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close high-value transactions.

• Maintain relationships with developers and clients.

• Utilize CRM tools and internal systems for property management.

• Work independently or from developers’ offices (especially off-plan agents).

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai real estate or luxury/high-ticket sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
