GoDubai Estate is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Broker to join its global team. This is a remote, commission-based contract role focused on expanding GoDubai’s international broker network by promoting UAE off-plan projects and driving subscriptions to the GoDubai Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Global Broker Networking:

• Connect and negotiate with real estate brokers worldwide to promote GoDubai Portal.
• Build strong relationships with brokers interested in UAE off-plan properties.

✅ Sales & Referral Generation:

• Identify and engage potential brokers for Dubai’s off-plan property market.
• Convert leads into active portal subscribers through strategic negotiations.

✅ Portal Promotion & Lead Conversion:

• Clearly communicate the benefits of subscribing to the GoDubai Portal.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of referred brokers.

✅ Relationship & Target Management:

• Maintain long-term relationships with brokers, providing continuous market updates.
• Meet and exceed monthly referral and subscription targets.

Key Qualifications:

✔ Experience & Knowledge:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker with a strong international network.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai’s off-plan property market.
• Experience in digital subscriptions and online platforms is a plus.

✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent negotiation & communication skills to engage brokers worldwide.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain global connections.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and commission-based earnings.

✔ Education & Certification:

• Valid Real Estate License (RERA Certification) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
