Job Description:
We are expanding our elite team and seeking a Real Estate Broker fluent in Spanish to serve the Spanish-speaking market in Dubai. This role is tailored for motivated, energetic professionals with a passion for luxury real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive for personal growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through calls, networking, marketing initiatives, and referrals.

• Represent Luxprime with professionalism and excellence in all client interactions.

• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and investing process with expert advice.

• Build long-term client relationships founded on trust, transparency, and value.

• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and market dynamics.

• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close successful deals.

• 100% commission-based structure:

  • 50/50 split for leads generated by the agency

  • 60/40 split for self-generated leads

Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker with strong command of English (spoken & written)

• Confident on camera for building a personal brand via social platforms

• Previous experience in real estate (Dubai market preferred)

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
