Dubai Euro Group is hiring a Real Estate Broker specializing in the secondary market and off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while expanding our client base through lead generation and expert property counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring optimal terms and value.

• Identify client needs and match them with suitable properties within their budget.

• Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property value.

• Stay updated with real estate market trends and best practices.

• Generate leads and follow up with clients to build long-term relationships.

• Provide honest, informed advice and maintain a high level of integrity.

• Independently close sales deals with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (preferably in the UAE).

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Knowledge of secondary market and off-plan real estate.

• UAE Driving License preferred.

• Must currently reside in Dubai.

• High level of honesty and integrity in all dealings.
