Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and lead generation.
✅ Sales & Rentals: Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert market advice.
✅ Negotiations & Transactions: Conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.
✅ Market Research: Stay updated with real estate trends, property values, and industry regulations.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

📌 Experience: Prior experience in Secondary & Off-Plan real estate sales is essential.
📌 Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales abilities.
📌 Self-Motivated: Ambitious, goal-driven, and eager to succeed.
📌 Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai real estate sector is a plus.
📌 Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
