We are seeking a dedicated and driven Real Estate Broker who is fluent in Russian to join our thriving team in Dubai. This exciting commission-only role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and affluent clientele, facilitating property transactions in one of the fastest-growing markets in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the property buying, selling, or leasing process.

• Advise clients on property valuations, market conditions, and investment opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.

• Conduct property showings and open houses, highlighting key features and benefits of each property to potential buyers.

• Negotiate property sale agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable and fair terms.

• Stay updated on the latest market trends, property developments, and regulatory changes in Dubai’s real estate sector.

• Work closely with marketing teams to create promotional strategies and market listings effectively to the target audience.

• Utilize social media and networking channels, specifically focusing on engaging the Russian-speaking community.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
